بصراحة وبدون اي مجاملات لم تكن المعاملة خمس نجوم ولكن تستحق سبع نجوم من جميع النواحي من الاستقبال والدخول والرعاية والاطباء والطعام المتنوع اللذيذ والكوفيهات لم اجد خطا واحد نهائيا لا اعلم كم موظف لديكم ولكن يستحقون الاشادة وتوزيع ورده لكل موظف لديكم من عاملة النظافة الي اكبر مهنه في المستشفى واخص بالشكر الدكتور مارك بسيم والدكتوره مريم من قسم جراحة الاذن وجميع من قام برعايتي اثناء تواجدي في هذا الصرح الرائع والذي كانت فكرة واصبحت حقيقة بفضل صاحب السمو الشيخ محمد بن زايد ال نهيان اذ كان من اول واهم اولوياته ان تكون الصحة من الدرجة الاولى للجميع شكرا لكم جميع

Nel reparto di chirurgia del colon e del retto, la maggior parte dei medici è cambiata. Sono stato curato da un medico americano nel 2019. All'improvviso mi è stato detto che se n'era andato e non sarebbe tornato. Sono stato indirizzato a un nuovo medico in ospedale da sorella Egypt. Ho presentato il mio caso al nuovo medico a Cleveland e lui mi ha detto che avrebbe eseguito un'operazione di legatura muscolare anche se i muscoli del retto erano stati tagliati ed erano apparsi alla risonanza magnetica a causa di precedenti interventi chirurgici in un altro ospedale. Ho preso il nuovo medico rapporto prima di eseguire l'operazione di legatura muscolare e sono andato dai medici negli ospedali all'interno e all'esterno del paese e sono rimasto scioccato dal fatto che i medici siano rimasti sorpresi perché l'operazione non è stata gloriosa e non è stata utile per la condizione di cui soffro, e sono molto sorpreso del perché il dottore mi ha detto a Cleveland, questa operazione, anche se 3 medici in altri ospedali hanno ammesso che non è utile??? Giuro su Dio che le mie parole sono vere, e Dio per quello che dico è un martire

I have been asking to meet the medical director for more than 2 months and he is ignoring me.I did ask for a surgery detailed report since September 2021 and the surgeons are ignoring me.My ureter had been cut by mistake during my surgery with some other complications and i can not start any treatments as other treating doctors do not know what happened in the surgery.Patient experience manager knows my situation and my case so good and last time he told me to arrange a meeting with the medical director this was 2 months ago and nothing changed until now.More than 10 times i go to patient experience and more than 10 emails were sent but the same answer and no action had been taken.It is sad that a very well equipped hospital with latest medical instruments is being directed and running is this way.

I had a great experience at the hospital. To those who gave low rates, if you have been to another overseas hospital, you wouldn’t give such rates to one of the best hospitals in the world, in my opinion. Guys, you have to be patient. They are human, and they have a lot of patients per day, and they are doing a great job. Thanks a lot to everyone working in the hospital.

خسارة الملايين اللي فرتها مبادلة ع دكاترة حيوانات و تشخيصهم كله غير صحيح للحالات ، كل شي باالمستشفى تعطيه خمسة من خمسة الا جودة الاستشارة . كنت اعاني من فرط فقدان الوزن لاسباب مجهولة ، دخلت عند ثلاث دكاترة وولا واحد فيهم فكر يعطيني سبب ها شي ، سويت كل الفحوصات اللي يبونها و دفعت و اخرتها ما بين ليهم شي ، للعلم ان كانت في الام و بعظ الاعراظ الغريبة وفنهاية كالعادة قالو حقي مافيك شي ، كنت مقتنع 100% ان فيني مرض لان وزني كان نازل بشكل فظيع ، وزني كان 40 و طولي 178 . اخر شي سويت بنفسي بحث عميق بخصوص مشكلتي لاني اعرف انهم عيال حرام شغلهم بس مص بيزات من التامين ثقة والدليل انهم تمو يحولوني لاقسام ثانية مالها اي علاقة بمشكلتي ! ، طافت سنتين ونا اعاني من ها شي و الاعراظ كانت مشابهة بمرض Cardiac chackexia وهو مرض نادرسويت بحث طويل بالنت و اخرتها اكتشفت ان فعلا انا مريض و المرض اللي فيني ان عظلاتي لا تنمو نهاءيا الا في اادوية Nandrolone steroidsاخرتها اطريت اني اظرب عقار اسمه deca durabolin فجسمي لان هو الحل الافضل لحالتي و فعلا وزني بدا يزيد و شهيتي تحسنت و انا حاليا افظل ووزني زادها المستشفى مجرد ديكور فقططط و شفط بيزات و جودة الاستشارة فعلا زززززززقيارب تكون بصمة عاااار ع احسن مستشفى فدولةالشي اللي يصدم ان اللي كشفو ع حالتي ثلاث دكاترة و كل واحد خبرة اقل شي 15 سنة و فنهاية انتهيت على ولا شي ، مجرد مظيعت وقت و شفط بيزات ، شي عار اكثر من ان المريظ بنفسه يعالج نفسه بنفسه بمجرد بحثه عن دراسات عبر النت ؟؟؟ قسما بالله تحس الدكاترة يايبينهم من الشارع وموظفينهم لان بحياتي ما شفت استشارة أسوء من هذي .

I can’t believe how careless a hospital staff can be! I have Never seen this kind of neglecting towards patients by such well know American hospital! How can this be allowed? Horrible experience in Cleveland at all aspects.. they never answer calls, even with staying on the hold for 45-60 minutes and still they neither answer or call back, noting that most hospitals in UAE call back when they get missed calls.Even confirmed appointments at Cleveland hospital you will need to wait at least 60-90 minutes until you can see your doctor! Never really experienced this anywhere else.. not to forget the receptionist and some doctors bad attitude.. too bad that Cleveland can be in such a low performance.. they focus only on money collection!

Extremely friendly staff, amazing patient care, the emergency visit did not take a long time at all. The parking was easy to locate and easy to get to the emergency area.It feels like a 5 star hotel visit. So far, this is my favorite hospital.

زيارتي الأولى هي أن المستشفى جيده ومنظمة والطبيب المعالج جيد ويهتم بحالة المريض ويستمع له بكل دقة، الشكر الجزيل لجهودهم، أتمنى منهم المضي نحو ذالك لكن هناك سؤال ؟!! إن كانت صحة المريض مهمة بالنسبة لكم فيجب أن تردوا على اتصالات المرضى صحة المريض مهمة بالنسبة له. وطاقم العمل من واجبه أن يتقن فن العمل، وإلا فلا يستحق اي تقدير.. مراعاة حالة المريض أهم من اي شيء آخر. والله المستعان.

One of the most amazing hospital both on it's interior and exterior. The inside was so spacious and elegant, from the view, to the lounge area, to it's wonderful accessibility which escalators and elevator were both available, to a big parking area, everything. The staffs were friendly and accommodating and during my flu shot this week, I didn't feel even an ant bite from it, the nurse did the job so right and effortless.A must recommended hospital, unfortunately, my insurance is not covered here or else, I will choose this over and over again.God bless and More Power!

Very poor customer service. My appointment was cancelled with no prior notification to me. I was even electronically checked in for my service but still it was cancelled without notification. When you try to call them no one ever answers the line. You are left on hold forever. I would recommend everyone to go elsewhere. Even email response is not replied to. I sent an email several times to the “service excellence” team but not response. My actual rating is a zero. Sorry Cleveland but just not good enough not even to average standards.

very bad hospital and they are not professionali took an appointment to do one test which they confirmed that they have this test ... and when i arrived there the doctor surprise me that they are not provide this test.. they took from insurance the consultant fess for fake servicedo you think i will trust this hospital again??and when i call the call center for this issue i stayed for 60min and no one answer i waste 1h just waiting and they didn't answer the phone ...as a 5 star hospital are not answer the phone how you will rate them ?for me i will give them (-5) they are not professional at alli will not deal with them again... thanks God we have another alternative hospital and they are more professional that CCAD

هل هالشي مقبول!!! اكثر عن 50 دقيقه انتظر ولين الحين ما ردوا علي..عشان استفسار بسيط .. وكل مره ع هالحاله.. وايد اتريا غير المواعيد اللي بالشهور نيلس نترياهاIs this acceptable to wait for more than 50 min .. and I am still waiting no one pick up the phone.. what a poor service and very sad .. for a hospital that should be an icon for ideal service... however it's obvious they don't meet the people expectations. Hope they improve interms of customers service, staff and appointments schedul

Very irresponsible management attitude towards resolving patient issues and complaints. They made a mistake with one of my tests and gave me the wrong test. I paid for it . When the mistake was discovered , they would not address the issue and did not reimburse me or repeat the test . They lied to me saying they would resolve the issue and would call me . Their behaviour in addressing this issue of medical error has been very unprofessional. I would never trust them to handle any of my tests or test results ever again. They seem to have fired the doctor but did nothing to correct the situation for the patient. They are not to be trusted all they care about is money.Cleveland hospital replied below that they would contact me to resolve the issue provided I email them. I did email them but they didn’t do a thing! What would it take to make them address their mistake and do the right thing , I have no clue!!!

It’s our first time in Cleveland Clinic today. A state of art building with an exceptional service. Our nurse Sister Katrina was the one who did our PFIZER booster vaccine. She was very courteous, professional, clearly explained the related details and replied to our questions. Hard work does not go unnoticed; thank you Cleveland for your excellent care.

This building is a monument or a five star hotel that make us feel proud of it however the with today’s experience the True rating is -5 star for poor customer service and call center.As I been coming to this hospital since was opened I would say the customer satisfactory going downward year after year And I would challenge the management for their service quality.My big wish if they can come with old staff and management (5stars)

Dottor Zainin e questo è il motivo per cui ho dato due stelle... ma il servizio clienti è pessimo, ne merita zero.. da dieci giorni e io chiamo giornalmente e dicono che abbiamo inviato una richiesta, torna, chiama domani.. . Chiama domani. Dicono chiama la mattina ... chiama la mattina, l'ultima cosa è semplicemente Hanno detto che non siamo in grado di rispondere alle richieste mediche. Dimmi dall'inizio, perché l'avvolgimento e la svolta.. e ogni la chiamata in attesa di un'ora è sbagliata.. Terribile negligenza, mancanza di gusto e manipolazione del chiamante e perdere tempo ad aspettare che rispondano al telefono... Servizio al paziente lo do zero.. . . . . . . . ...

Ottimo ospedale e anche ottimi medici. Completamente colpito dalla professionalità, dalla diagnostica e dalle strutture. Ma l'esperienza con la loro farmacia, in corso negli ultimi 3 mesi, è stata orribile.Ottenere la medicina dei nostri bambini, attraverso la farmacia, è un disastro di taglio e la peggiore esperienza possibile. Abbiamo attraversato questa agonia negli ultimi 3 mesi e, nonostante la registrazione di lamentele al telefono, ci sono stati ZERO progressi. Il nostro bambino ha questo collirio che scade ogni 2 settimane e dovrebbe essere fornito senza interruzioni. Ma ogni settimana mia moglie deve trascorrere almeno 2 ore di follow-up continuo per 3-4 giorni per assicurarsi che la preparazione e la consegna del medicinale siano confermate. È un peccato vedere questo tipo di comportamento da farmacia dove non hanno "nessuna proprietà" e nessun riguardo per i loro clienti. Anche in questa settimana, da giovedì, stiamo provando a connetterci per la conferma del collirio ma senza alcun risultato.Spero che i gestori/il personale prendano sul serio questo problema per fornire la giusta risoluzione. In attesa di una rapida risoluzione.

We will be filing a complaint with the authorities for a medical condition that the doctor in such an established clinic should have spotted immediately instead of just securing their next appointment. So either there is intention or incompetence. The response to our complaint from the clinic has also been the least to say unsatisfactory.

Le négliger n'est pas normal pour eux, un de mes proches était aux soins, et malheureusement, même le nettoyer est mauvais, bien que je leur dise, mais ce qu'il y a dedans, alors je retourne nettoyer pour pouvoir le nettoyer, mais c'est la moindre chose qu'ils oublient. Elle essaie de s'enquérir de l'état du patient, de sorte qu'il soit difficile de leur parler, que ce soit une infirmière ou un médecin, en particulier les médecins, et je ne peux pas les blâmer, mais cela arrive au point qu'un jour j'ai appelé le Niris pour que je puisse parler au médecin je l'ai appelé et il a dit dans quelle pièce le jour où il connaissait la chambre il a dit que j'étais occupé maintenant je veux dire, je sais quoi dire Encore plus d'une fois, il perd du temps et économise le temps de la visite, et le Dr Lin Maya maintenantEt ils ont demandé d'oublier l'opération, et le médecin a dit: «Je fais juste l'opération.» Le deuxième jour, je vois écrit dans le journal que le deuxième médecin n'est pas la même personne qui a dit que l'opération était en cours. mois de négligence, même si mon parent avait une infection dans le dos, et c'est parce que le patient ne bougeait pas constamment pendant tout ce temps, il était dans la même position et l'inflammation Il était grand, et on sait que le patient a besoin de se déplacer tous les kilomètres par heure pour qu'il ne soit pas dans l'inflammation, mais ils n'ont été informés de l'infection que tardivement.Dieu et l'agent oui

Le service aux urgences n'était pas au niveau auquel je m'attendais, lors de l'enregistrement et de l'état de santé, nous avons déménagé aux urgences en conséquence, nous avons été informés à l'intérieur qu'aucun médecin ne peut nous aider dans notre situation, alors nous avons dû aller chez un autre professionnel de la santé en urgence car le patient souffrait vraiment.Le lendemain, je les ai appelés pour avoir une explication sur la raison pour laquelle ils nous ont laissé entrer s'il n'y a pas de médecin pour effectuer le travail où la condition était évidente en premier lieu, ils ont simplement répondu qu '"il n'y a aucun moyen de soumettre une enquête, tout ce que je devais visiter les urgences et parler à n'importe qui là-bas "!!.Très déçu.

Je voudrais partager avec vous mon expérience avec l'hôpital de Cleveland Abu Dhabi, pour le bénéfice et le développement, j'ai pris rendez-vous avec eux par téléphoneEn raison d'un problème dans le système digestif, et ils m'ont donné un rendez-vous plus d'un mois plus tard, dans le département du système digestif, je suis allé au rendez-vous et je me suis assis avec l'infirmière tout le temps, et le Dr (Noe) a entré un texte minute et a décidé d'une endoscopie. Au bout de deux mois et le jour de l'endoscopie, le Dr Kif et Lish Madhuri ont changé, et celui qui n'avait que l'endoscope était un médecin indien nommé Gurjeet. Franchement, j'ai eu peur et j'ai appelé le traducteur pour lui demander si, "Dieu nous en garde. Le médecin était un mentor comme la personne intimidée, ou il a une âme pour redresser les jumelles. Je n'ai pas compris. J'ai appelé la maison et parlé à l'hôpital et ils ont dit qu'il avait pris sa biopsie et le résultat est deux semaines plus tard."Le bâtiment est majestueux, immense, beau, Masha'Allah, de quoi parlez-vous. Les infirmières, les infirmières et le Dr Al-Anbing méritent la description des anges de la miséricorde. Dieu les veut. La pharmacie est organisée, agencée à son tour, ça vous emmèneMalheureusement, Drs, vous êtes votre chance. Bien sûr, combien Dr. ChaterMais celui avec qui j'ai eu affaire, (Noe Quesada vazquez-Gurjeet Gulati) mérite une étoile. Je demande à Dieu la santé et le bien-être pour moi et pour tout le monde.

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته المستشفى فعلا كفندق خمس نجوم والرعاية الطبية اقصد الممرضيين عملهم متميز سواء في العناية المركزة او في الأجنحة ولكن للاسف طاقم الأطباء ليس على المستوى الي يتناسب مع المبنى وطاقم الممرضين جعلوا ابنتي حقل تجارب لهم واعطاءها ادويه لا تتناسب مع حالتهاحتى تسببوا بوفاتها الله يرحمها ووقت ما استاءت حالتها الكل بدأ يرمي اللوم على الآخر وهم على علم بانهم اعطوها الادية بالخطأ وكل المستشفى تعرف ابنتي تمام المعرفه لما مرت فيه ، وهذا حدث في ٢٠١٦ ولا أعلم ان كانوا الأطباء مازالوا في المستشفى او خرجوا مثل دكتوره ماريا و محمد المصري وأحمد نصير وغيرهم .لا أتمنى احد يمر بما مررت به فلا يغركم المبنى والبهرجه الاهم الجوده وكان الله في العون .

للاسف قابلت دكتوره قسم الراجه و الجهاز الهضمي بخصوص عندي فتق و انفراق في عضلات المستقيم حوالي ٤ الى ٦ سم ، الم في البطن و الم في الظهر ... طلبت مني ان اتعايش مع الوضع هذا بشكل طبيعي وممارسه الرياضه على ان لايزيد حملي لأي وزن فوق ٥ كيلو، علما ان لدي طفلا رضيع يبلغ من العمر سنتان، وافقت على الحمل و الانجاب مره اخرى علما ان عند الولاده سوف احمل طفلا من جديد وزنه يتعدى الخمس كيلو جرام، لان لو حملت فوق الخمس كيلو جرام سوف يأدي ذالك الى زياده الفتق و انفراق المستقيم، فكيف ترفض حمل فوق وزن ٥ كيلو جرام وتوافق على ان انجب طفلا وحيث ان الطفل من يقوم بأعالته هي أمه وعلما ان وزن الطفل سيبلغ فوق ٥ كيلو او عشر كيلو وسوف تعيلة امه، وسوف يأدي ذالك الى تفاقم المرض و زياده في انفراق المستقيم و زياده في فتق البطن اليس هذا تناقض؟ طلبت مني ان احولها الى التجميل وانا جئت اليها لمعالجتي وليس لاجراء تجميل لي .. وللاسف لم تعطني حلا للموضوع فقط طلبت مني التعايش مع الوضع !!! وللاسف لم تكن نفسيتها معي جيدة عند اسالتي لها وانا من حقي كمريضه ان تعاملني بأفضل معامله حيث ان المريض لم يأتي للشكوى الا وان نفسيته ليست جيده بل سائت نفسيتي أكثر ...

I went for emergency, my ear was infected the level of hospitality was very high starting from the emergency reception desk to collecting my medication from pharmacy what is really bad and surprising is that I have been confirmed by the doctor and nurses that I will get a call for appointment with ENR by Monday but no one called me and my ears during this time got worse by the infection even with using the medication.What is surprising more after waiting on the line for 10 min they told me that when there is availability I am gonna get a call for appointment. Without taking care that I said I am worried about my ears I didn’t have much pain before but now it’s too much painful they gave me this untrue excuse because I am sure hospital like Cleveland would have a near future schedule and call it’s clients and give them appointment. This is really bad impact about this well known name .

الدكتور حسام يونس في قسم الأوعية الدموية لا يجيد التعامل مع المرضى ولا يحترم كبار المواطنين ولايعمل بضمير. كنت ارافق والدي بسبب استياءه من هذا الدكتور سابقا و للتحقق من الواقعه وأثناء الموعد سألناه سؤال واحد فقط يتعلق بالمراجعة وحالة المريض. قال لنا (عندي كتير مرضى ومش فاضي لكم يلا روحوا) كأننا في زيارة لبيته وليس بالمستشفى. لقد تم توثيق الحادثة وتصويره بالفيديو لغرض الإثبات وسيتم التواصل مع وزارة الصحة و إدارة شركة مبادلة لتقديم شكوى على هذا الدكتور الغير مهذب.

I don't have any personal experience with Cliveland hospital but the environment is very unique and beautiful...the outside ground and all is really remarkable...so many people used to come to work out, to become healthy. The exact duty of the hospital, give healthy life. That exactly Cliveland did..I am really thankful about that...But from few days some of the ground is blocked... today is international yoga day and I am requesting you to open that ground again. We will be thankful ...

This hospital staff welcomed me and treated me with the utmost empathy, kindness, and support. Although my stay was relatively short but I was inspired by every single person that I came in contact with.

A very Beautiful and Organized hospital. Exceptionally clean and maintains the highest medical standards. It’s always a relief going there. The hospital is calm and brings peace to the ill’s heart. Always worth the trip from Sharjah to Abudhabi for health checkups and Ophthalmology follow-ups.

مستشفي مميز من جميع النواحيالمبنى مميز كأنك في فندق 5 نجوم يتكون من عدة مباني وطوابق يوجد مواقف ارضيه ومواقف مدفوعهالعيادات كثيرة ومتنوعه الاستراحات متوفر في كل مكان يوجد عدة كوفيات ومخبز الأطباء جيدون المواعيد يوجد بعض التأخير الاستقبال مميز الصيدلية تتوفر معظم الأدوية النظافة ممتازه يوجد تطبيق في الابل أستور لمتابعة حالتك والمواعيد والتقارير الصادرة من الأطباء

This review is for their booking system and not their professional care team - I didn't get to that stage.back in mid January I tried making appointment to see a Doctor in the gynaecology unit. To make an appointment one has to call to open a file and then wait for two days to know whether an appointment can be made.After waiting for two full days, I did not get a call back so I called back and to find out that the Doctor requested is on holiday until Feb and earliest appointment is in April.I have read other reviews in here and the company's replies always along the line of "so sorry, please email us at Service Excellence...."I sent an email to this address. I got a call back two days after to say that I can see the other doctor (there are only 2 in that unit) to prep me to see THE Doctor I wanted to see in April.The earliest they can give me was 25 February and I said I cannot have that date, the caller said there is a cancellation on 23 Feb if I want to go on that date. I confirmed.The confirmation text message which I received says 25 Feb and to my own mistake, I did not take the name, department and extension of the caller.I called the company back again to check on the 23 Feb, the call center told me that there's no note in the system.So I asked for a different date altogether and she gave me 1 June.Wow, I mean I salute these patients who are very much patient in waiting this long but I gave up.

I came personally to the hospital to inquire Executive Health Check. The female local doesn't know anything about it and told me "just call the call center, they will tell you", I told her Im already here and wants to check how's the process. She said "I cant understand, just call them", Very unprofessional approach, she shouldn't be there in the reception if she cant do her job well. Good thing, there's a direction in elevator and manage to meet one of the coordinators and explained well every single detail I asked. Besides from that, the hospital looks great and comfy. Nice view, very relaxing.

After some complications in communication with the team they send us in the emergency. There we get treated very fast, lovely and friendly. To get treated is really not cheap, but the team is so unbelievable friendly and cute. Especially one nurse was so nice and took carefully care of me.
