My experience at this hospital was fantastic. The hospital is very clean. My appreciation goes to doctor Dalia came to check on me when I was in the ward. Nurse Blessed made sure I’m getting all the treatment right, all night checking my drip and giving me medicine to reduce the pain..and the house keeping lady from Kenya, she was cleaning my room after now and then just to make me feel I’m in hygienic place.

I had surgery in this hospital in the newer building. It was clean and new and the staff where very helpful polite and great at attending to my after care needs. I give 4 stars because the building was new and their was drilling on the inpatient wing when people are resting from major surgery. In addition I had an issue with a dietary requirement which was resolved with sincere apology from all members of staff involved. Over all a great stay and a great facility.

خدمة العملاء متميزة جدا، من حوالي شهر اتصلت في المستشفى مرتين للوصول لممرضة الدكتور المعالج للاجابة على استفسار يتعلق بالأدوية المصروفة.. ونظرًا لاجازة الممرضة وتحويل المكالمة لممرضة اخرى احتجت ان اشرح لها الحالة مما استدعى بعض الوقت..بعد ان انهيت المكالمة بحوالي عشر دقايق اتصل بي الدكتور المعالج بنفسه للاجابة على الاستفسار..وبعدها بربع ساعة وردني اتصال من مدير خدمة العملاء، حيث وجد بعد مراجعته لسجل الاتصالات الواردة للمستشفى اني اتصلت مرتين والاخيرة استغرقت حوالي ربع ساعة. فأراد المدير أن يتأكد ان كانت الامور تسير بشكلٍ جيد وتمت خدمتي بالطريقة المتوقعة ولم يكن على دراية باتصال الدكتور لي.. ارفع لمدير خدمة العملاء القبعة احترامًا فقد فاجأني بمراجعة سجل الاتصال ومدة المكالمات والمتابعة مع المتصل..بالتوفيق دائمًا

DR Karla is the best physiotherapist I ever met in my life. I been suffering with my back for decades and no oner ever solved my problem until I met Karla. She focused on working on some scars I had of a surgery done 52 years ago and now day by day this has improved my quality of life and my back pain is 90% recovered and I been able to do sports again after so many years. My Friend had a surgery 2weeks ago and being a Domestic help here, she was all alone during the admission till the day of her discharged, All the staff has their own part to help my Friend to make it through 🙏 each & every one had been Caring & kind. Ho dovuto sottopormi a un intervento chirurgico con il dottor Wail Ahmad e tutto quello che posso dire è che è stato fantastico. Ringrazio con tutto il cuore che ha studiato questa professione perché era pronto per me quando avevo più bisogno di lui.Spero con tutto il cuore di non vederlo più, ma se dovesse succedere tornerei da lui perché so che sarebbe straordinario.Se vuoi il meglio è quello giusto sotto tutti gli aspetti un medico professionale e di talento nel suo campo.Grazie ancora dottore, sarai sempre nella mia mente.Cinque stelle sono poche, gliene do un miliardo.

Friendly staff, however they are terrible at management of time!My appointment was at 9:30 am but seen the dr at 11 am.Waiting for my Simple blood test which takes a day or 2 max by other hospitals and clinics, but with them it took more than 7 days for the results to come out and I had to call them a thousand times to follow up!So if your time is valuable and you want your time to be respected the DO NOT Would deal with this place, would not recommend them at ALL!

43. Dr.Shruti is one of the kindest professionals I’ve ever met, she listens, asks the right questions, takes her time and is honest. I met her when l was 5 weeks pregnant and our journey started till l delivered my baby and l was given 7 star treatment all the way.She is a godsend. She is a very patient person who genuinely cares about her patients. She always takes the time to explain things to me in terms that I can understand.she is diligent in making sure my health is the best it can be. The entire staff is wonderful special shout to Kristen . I would recommend Dr. (Shruti) to anyone seeking a kind, compassionate, and brilliant doctor!

I have been to many gynecologists in Dubai, but have never come across one as kind, thoughtful, genuinely interested in treating patient, and knowledgeable as Dr Shruti in DLC. She spent so much time with me, was so thorough, and has such a pleasant personality. Highly recommend her!!

This place is amazing. Visited Dr Shruti , gynecologist for my issues and i am pleased to have been treated well. The staff is very welcoming and professional. Right from the reception to nurses to doctor, everyone was very helpful. Special thanks to Dr Shruti for handling my case so well. And Nurse Kristina too. She was very polite in her approach. Good work.

London Clinic used to be our to-go place for a quick visit to a GP, but the last two visits were catastrophic. Both were with a young gp who relatively recently joined their team. First of all, he’s the slowest doctor I’ve ever seen - it often seems like he’s typing volume of a novel. Secondly, he will most certainly either under-diagnose or over-diagnose you. On my last visit he asked several clarifying questions to which I answered no and repeated the symptoms and he still went ahead and gave a diagnosis that did not match the symptoms- and you don’t need to be a rocket scientist to know that. He ended up prescribing me two different medications addressing two possible solutions, while I only needed one. This desperate need to prescribe as many medications as possible without a proper need is harmful in so many ways: 1. The patient or insurance pays for the medication that was not needed for the treatment. 2. Patient uses the treatment that is not useful or may in fact be harmful. 3. Extra medicinal waste is created - where do you think the unused medication goes?I really wish DLC was hiring more experienced doctors. Call in and ask who the GP on duty is and avoid this clearly inexperienced doctor.

This is my go-to place when Physiotherapy is needed. The Lead Physiotherapist there is named Karla Perez. I have been with Karla intermittently for about 4 years since my back pain became severe. After that, every time that i have the same recurring issue or a new one Karla has treated me always with a high level a professionalism, respect and most of all, going to the root of the pain (not where it feels it hurts) in a sensational way. 100% success with her to date. Totally recomended and thanks Karla for all these good years!!! Kudos!

Dr. Bina has been our family doctor for over 15 years. Absolutely fantastic dermatologist, very good at diagnosing everything we see her for. She gives efficient treatment that works quickly and aesthetically. Dr. Bina is excellent.

I took my daughter two days ago because of her ear pain. Doctor gave her medicine but the nurse didn’t give us the prescription due to system problem. She said they will call me within the day but no call. Called customer service the next day for update and they said they will call me back for update...still no update! This is the third day and still no call from them! Very disappointing!

Le Dr Mina est génial. Très arrangeant et fortement recommandé. Elle prend le temps d'expliquer les choses en détail, mais prend les choses très au sérieux lorsqu'il s'agit de vous aider à améliorer votre santé.

J'y suis allé la semaine dernière pour mon examen médical canadien. Du personnel de sécurité à la dernière personne que j'ai rencontrée était très gentil avec moi et m'aidait. J'ai terminé la procédure en près de 2 heures. Le docteur M. Prasad était super cool et celui en ophtalmologie (désolé, j'ai oublié son nom) aidait vraiment beaucoup.

Plusieurs membres du personnel (réception et pharmacie) ne portent pas correctement leurs masques Covid-19. Plus généralement, ils sont toujours heureux de vous prescrire et de faire plus que ce dont vous avez besoin en termes de recherches. Les infirmières ne me donnent pas les rappels convenus pour mes prescriptions répétées. Vous avez très peu de temps avec les médecins.

Je dois ma vie au Dr Ayham Fallouh, le fait qu'il ait changé ma vie en moins de 48 heures est une sous-déclaration au travail qu'il a accompli pendant ce court laps de temps. Pendant 26 ans, j'ai souffert des mêmes symptômes: essoufflement, asthme et une grande partie de mon énergie a été investie juste pour respirer. Il m'a dit que je renaîtrais à nouveau, franchement je sous-estime l'efficacité de la chirurgie. Aujourd'hui, je peux officiellement dire que j'ai respiré pour la première fois, je renais à nouveau, je peux respirer profondément sans la douleur ni l'effort qui accompagnaient chaque respiration. Dr Ayham Fallouh Je ne saurais trop vous remercier d'avoir changé ma vie.

Do not use for COVID 19 test on Emirates flights! I missed my flight! Only sent SMS to confirm negative. Took a further 24 hours and 3 calls to get an email after the SMS. First two calls I was promised the results would be sent that day. Missed my flight! Terrible service and will cost you more money. No apology and no explanation why the email was sent 24 hours after the SMS.

Had a surgery in the hospital. In 2 days nobody came to take out the garbage from the room. Had 3 big bags from Starbucks placed near the garbage bin, no one bothered to take it out. I also asked for it. Didn't see a cleaner to come and clean around the room. My husband spent the night on some half couch, no one asked if he needed a pillow nor blanket... He used a bathroom towel to sleep on it as a pillow. At this point I won't talk about the doctors, but I was received nicely and with care at ER at 2 am. I really don't understand what is so special about this hospital, many hospitals around with better care and facilities.

Dr Luis is the only TMJ specialist I’ve visited that could quickly evaluate my condition and propose the treatment plan. He explained to me clearly the plan and the steps needed to resolve my TMJ problem.I had a locked jaw for many years, and with the exercises, the new dental device, and the surgical procedure he managed to help me open my jaw again. I can finally eat properly and open my jaw without restrictions. I highly recommend Dr Luis to anyone suffering from TMJ and jaw problems.

After some time dealing with dental problems I meet Dr. Luis Gavin who right away pointed that my problem was in my jaw. He explain to me my problem and all the process in detail, suggesting me a treatment. I was given a mild sedation anesthesia and the process was painless, quick and very profesional handled by Dr. Luis Gavin and his team.I found him very approachable and with a high level of expertise. After my experience I would like to recommend Dr. Luis Gavin.

I had a Ganglia Cyst for 8 month and was visiting several doctors until I met one in the DLC who made me comfortable enough to remove it. The consultation and surgery was smooth and very professional. No waiting time, no long procedures and super friendly staff. I felt and still feel very looked after. I would defiantly recommend this hospital to all my friends and family.

Nice clinic with smooth check in procedure. The doctors listen to the problem and explains the situation clearly. Waiting time for each appointment varies from time to time, but overall not too bad.There are vending machines for hot drinks.
