I searched the internet & within 3 weeks I attended the clinic for 3000 grafts to be carried out. It was unbelievable how quickly I attended, how relaxed & informative the preliminarily interview was. In total i was in attendance for a 9 hour procedure … i cannot recommend this place enough, 100%, 3018 grafts, the doctor & staff highly professional & dedicated … 4 days after, no pain, no swelling, no bleeding, no infection … very happy & I am a person very hard to please … well done & thank you for going far beyond my expectations … all phone calls & emails were returned by Kevalee, even on a Sunday her day off ! first class

Ho fissato un appuntamento per farmi fare i capelli, ma quando sono stato inaspettatamente costretto a lasciare la Thailandia in anticipo, ho chiesto il rimborso del pagamento della mia prenotazione di 500 $/15000 baht una settimana lavorativa prima dell'appuntamento. Questa attività mi ha fatto firmare un modulo che dichiarava l'assenza di rimborsi 45 giorni prima di un appuntamento, ma avevo solo prenotato l'appuntamento, firmato le scartoffie e quindi annullato entro una sola settimana e non ero stato informato verbalmente della mancata disponibilità di cancellazione. Il contratto non è stato firmato 45 giorni prima della nomina, quindi non dovrebbe essere applicato. Questo non sarebbe mai successo negli Stati Uniti e avrei ricevuto indietro i miei soldi, ma sento di essere vittima di bullismo ingiusto come straniero e che i miei soldi sono stati truffati da me. Consiglio a tutti di stare lontano da questo posto. Vorrei poterli valutare meno di 1 stella, mi hanno rubato i soldi. Acquirenti attenti!

ได้มาปลูกผมที่ hairtran clinic ค่ะ รู้สึกชอบมากๆ ตอนแรกที่ยังไม่ปลูกก็คิดว่าปลูกผมต้องเจ็บมากแน่ๆ แต่พอมาปลูกจริงๆ ไม่เป็นอย่างที่คิดไว้เลยค่ะ อีกอย่างที่คลินิก ยังมีการปลูกแบบ Non Shaven FUE ซึ่งเป็นวิธีการแบบไม่ต้องโกนผมข้างหลังด้วย หลังจากผ่าตัดก็ใช้ชีวิตได้ปกติเลย ชอบมากก (เรารู้สึกไม่มั่นใจถ้าต้องโกนผมข้างหลังอะเนอะ 5555) และบริการดีมากๆ ทั้งพี่ๆในคลินิกและคุณหมอใส่ใจและเป็นกันเองมากๆ เลย ทุกคนน่ารัก ในผลลัพธ์ที่ปลูกผมมา คือดีมากกกก ขนาดตอนนี้ยังไม่ครบปียังดีขนาดนี้ถ้าครบปีต้องดีกว่านี้แน่นอน ทำให้มั่นใจเวลาทำผมทรงที่ต้องเปิดหน้าผากขึ้นมากๆเลยค่ะ ♥️♥️♥️

Sono assolutamente entusiasta del risultato!Vengo dalla Germania. Un anno fa (12.03.2020) sono volato in Thailandia e lì sono andato in vacanza.Uno dei motivi per cui sono venuto a Bangkok è stata la possibilità di sottopormi a un trapianto di capelli. Il fatto che siamo riusciti a prendere un appuntamento con un preavviso così breve è stato anche un motivo per cui ho scelto questa clinica.Durante la consultazione con il dottor Pukpinya Jangjetriew, abbiamo discusso tutte le opzioni, le mie preoccupazioni e come di solito procede un'operazione.Dopo il consulto con la dottoressa "Patty" avevo avuto un buon feeling, così ho deciso di farmi eseguire il trapianto di capelli da lei.Ho programmato un totale di 3 giorni a Bangkok. L'intero team è stato molto gentile, disponibile e orientato al cliente.Soprattutto l'addetto alla reception (Lek) è stato molto disponibile e ci ha aiutato a trovare un hotel.L'intervento stesso è stato piacevole. Alla testa è stato applicato un anestetico locale. Il dolore era limitato, ma in certi punti c'era ancora molto dolore. In totale, la mia operazione è durata circa 6 ore.Devi essere molto paziente dopo l'operazione.Le croste di solito cadono da sole dopo 7-14 giorni,Tuttavia, questo dipende dal numero di innesti trapiantati,la densità e la dimensione delle incisioni effettuate nell'area ricevente.Mi è stato detto che devi essere paziente per un progresso visibile.Gli innesti appena trapiantati devono prima crescere correttamente e questa fase di guarigione richiede del tempo.La crescita inizia solo pochi mesi dopo il trapianto.Il fatto che i capelli inizialmente cadano di nuovo è un processo completamente naturale. Di norma, puoi vedere il risultato dopo 10-12 mesi, quando tutto è guarito.Nel complesso, sono molto, molto soddisfatto e felice di aver trovato questa clinica per caso.Vorrei cogliere l'occasione per ringraziare ancora una volta il team della Hairtran Clinic per l'ottimo lavoro !!!Ragazzi, siete stati davvero fantastici !!!

Dopo alcuni mesi pensandoci e visitando alcune altre cliniche a Bangkok, ho finalmente deciso di eseguire la procedura Fue la scorsa settimana presso Hairtran. Fin dal primo consulto con la dottoressa Patty ho avuto un ottimo feeling. Mi ha spiegato tutta la procedura e mi ha consigliato quella che sarà la migliore per il mio caso. Il giorno dell'intervento è andato tutto molto liscio ed è stato meno teso e doloroso del previsto. Mi sono persino addormentato la maggior parte del tempo. Ti spiegano sempre cosa stanno facendo alla tua testa: anestesia, estrazione, buchi e tutto ciò che chiedi. Il posto è ben tenuto e pulito. Infine voglio sottolineare positivamente il livello professionale dello staff, in particolare Kevelin, che ti assiste durante tutte le fasi pre, post operatorie, prenotazioni, farmaci, ecc. Ora voglio solo aspettare qualche mese per il risultato, ma per quanto riguarda il giorno dell'intervento e gli accordi presi, sono già soddisfatto al cento per cento.

หลังจากที่มองหาคลินิกปลูกผมอยู่นาน ผมก็ได้มาเจอ hairtran clinic ได้เข้าไปสอบถามแอดมินเรื่องกราฟท์และค่าใช้จ่ายคร่าวๆ ก็ได้ตัดสินใจเข้าไปคลินิกครั้งแรกพนักงานให้การตอนรับเป็นกันเองมากและที่สำคัญคุณหมอ น่ารักมากและการพูดคุยเป็นกันเองมาก ตอนแรกคุณหมอประเมินกราฟท์ให้ประมาณ 1500 กราฟ แนะนำขั้นตอนการทำและผลลัพธ์ที่จะได้รับหลังทำหลังจากกลับคลินิกก็ใช้เวลาคิดอยู่นานพอสมควรว่าจะทำดีไหม แต่ก็ตัดสิ้นใจทำ แต่ covid – 19 เข้ามาก่อนจึงทำให้เลื่อนการทำไปประมาณ 4 เดือน วันที่ 3 กรกฎาคม 63 ได้นัดทางคลินิกเพื่อทำการปลูกผม ก่อนทำรู้สึกประหม่ามากนอนไม่ค่อยหลับ ตื่นเต้นมากเพราะเป็นการศัลยกรรมครั้งแรกหลักจากวัดกราฟท์ครั้งที่แล้ววัดครั้งล่าสุดกราฟท์เพิ่มเป็น 1700 หลังจากเข้าห้องผ่าตัด กราฟท์ที่ทำจริงๆ เพิ่มเป็น 2000 กราฟเพิ่มขึ้นมา 500 กราฟท์ คุณหมอทำให้แน่นมาก รู้สึกอุ่นใจขึ้นไปอีก เหตุผลหลัก ๆ ที่ตัดสิ้นใจเข้ามา hairtran clinic คือ1. ทางคลินิกรับประกันหลังทำไปแล้ว ถ้าผมไม่ขึ้นปลูกใหม่โดยไม่เสียค่าใช่จ่าย2. รู้สึกประทับใจตั้งแต่ครังแรกเลยตอนที่เข้าไปปรึกษาคุณหมอ ทั้งด้านการบริการ และ คุณหมอใจดีมากครับขอขอบคุณคุณหมอและคุณพยาบาลครับที่ดูแลตลอดจนการผ่าตัดเสร็จสิ้น สำหรับผลลัพธ์ก็ต้องรอดูครับใครที่กำลังมองหาคลินิกปลูกผมอยู่ผมแนะนำลองเข้าไปปรึกษาคุณหมอแพตตี้ดูครับคุณหมอให้คำแนะนำดีมากก

I got hair trasplant done at Hairtran clinic on 17 December 2019. Before the surgery day, I admitted that I was really nervous and scared because it was the first cosmetic surgery in my mid-40s but it turned out it was the best decision I've made ever!Let's start with the location and the place itself. Its location is very easy to access both by BTS skytrain ( It's directly connected with Ekkamai station) and by car. As I drove there, I found that the car park was so convenient and rather private ( which I liked best, I would't suppose to see lots of people after the surgery, would I ^_^). I could easily find the parking space and go directly to the elevator which took me to the clinic in a few steps. The clinic was nice and clean as I expected and most importantly very private. I was the only customer that day and that made me feel more comfortable. There were a restroom and a private rest area for me including lockers, delicious meals and even drinks! I quite liked the meal they served (chicken fried rice).For staff, as I said that I was scared at first because I had''t got any cosmetic surgeries done before and I hadn't even met the doctor yet. I had just texted her and talked to her on the phone once. Even though Dr. Patty had given me enough information to help me make decision to put deposit on the surgery but I was not so sure until I met her in person on the operation day. She was totally different from the surgeon in my imagination. She was more like a pediatrician who was so good at explaining and calming the patients down. She explained everything that I concerned all over again and told me exactly what's gonna happen next step by step and how long it would take. That really calmed me down and I was so confident with my decision. Dr. Patty was not only good at explaining but she was also an experienced artist. She drew my new hairline and adjusted it until it looked nice on me and I was satisfied. Dr. Patty and her OR team were also professional and quick. They really knew what needed to be done and they did it so neatly. Even after long-opertion hours, they were very friendly and considerate to me till the end. The other staff members in the front office were also very helplful. They even booked a nearby hotel for me because they were worried that it might not be safe if I drove back home by myself. I am so thankful and really appriciate their hospitality.For the results : It's been about 4 months so far and as you guys can see in the pictures that some of the transplant hair has grown quite well. Infact, it is much more than I expected. I expected about 10-15% of transplant hair to grow at this period but it seems to grow much more than that ^_^. I am so happy with the results right now and many of my friends and relatives start to admire my now appearance. I can't wait to see the final result after a year and I promise to myself not to forget to take finasteride and minoxidil regularly.For the price : Great value and quite affordable!I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for hair transplant surgery.

When I came for the surgery everything was prepared and the doctor arrived already late what delayed the start of my surgery. I was not in a rush but been told it takes a long time and I was aiming for the best result of course. Before the surgery, I was told to take antibiotics, a sleeping pill and pain killer. I never took sleeping pills and denied it, but was told to do it. This was not mentioned in the consultation before. The surgery started and I had 2 people sitting on my head to inject the local anaesthetic. While one person did it that I did not feel anything of it, the other did it that I felt a lot of pain, it was obviously not necessary. The harvesting started and was done by the nurses as it is an easy task. I asked how many we got and got the answer 2700 (I think 2731 to be exact). I asked to please harvest more as I got time, want to do the procedure ones and want the best result. The doctor then said that we take the risk of "shock loss". In the consultation before she told me about this, hair can fall out over a huge area and takes time to grow again. I told her in the consultation that I do not mind this as I will stay bold after the surgery till my hair fully grows. So far so good. Now came the part of implanting the grafts. Through the sleeping pill, I often fall asleep and I had my eyes always covered with a patch by the nurses. I heard the door often and knew people were going in and out. I know everybody needs to go to the toilet, drink, eat, etc. And I was sure the doctor was not there all the time. Anyhow, I got the feeling she was not even there 50% of the implanting process. When I asked to please go to the toilet, they told me to wait a bit. A person went out and got the doctor. She came in and told me I can go now. Why do they need to hide that she was not in the surgery room? I disliked this behaviour of hiding this a lot. After the surgery was done I saw a board standing there with numbers that could fit my surgery. On top, it looked like it was planned for 2900 grafts, even agreed on 3000. All was written in Thai and this is assumptions, I think I got a maximum of 2700-2800 grafts. I later on contacted the Kevalee as I found I was treated unfairly and got a mail of the doctor. She said that totally 2899 healthy grafts were placed and she put even 180 unhealthy ones more, which she did not count as they might fall out. The 2899 fit the stated goal of 2900 on the board, even agreed on 3000 and I am not sure if the unhealthy ones are just an excuse. Now 2 month the result can not be seen yet and I will adjust this rating later on based on the result to either 3 or 1 star depending on the result. What I totally disliked was the non-transparency line while the surgery and missing parts in the consultation, e.g. that your surgery area will be numb for up to 6 months and so on. The most negative things were not mentioned. Transparency could be very easy, just showing the number of harvested grafts on the counting machine and telling when the doctor is around or not and what is planned (2900 grafts). I know many things are assumptions and it is not good to rate on this base, but it is a result of the non-transparency, which I found the biggest problem.

If you’re looking for the best solution to your baldness, I highly recommend you to undergo the hair-transplant at Hairtran Clinic. I accompanied my brother just a week ago to do the hair transplant by Doctor Pukpinya , we are far away from Indonesia flying to Bangkok (It’s our first time to visit Bangkok) just for the appointment. We sure were worried at first but after undergoing the treatment it turned out to be like what we expected, even better.Several things we really love about their service:1. Even tough my brother is an International patient, It was not difficult at all in terms of communication. Their representative was very communicative and fluent in english, also very polite and kind. The response was fast, they answered to our questions right away. All the information were delivered very clearly and not confusing at all. especially, about the preparation before the operation. 2. The doctor, Pukpinya Jangjetriew, M.D, is hospitable and kind, she made my brother felt less worried before the operation. She was very educative, she explained about what causes baldness, how hair-transplant is going to be done, how to maintain & nurture the hair growth right after and made sure we really understand the information. Plus, she is very funny and friendly.3. The price is super affordable, I can assure that you won’t get any less cheaper price for a hair transplant with super great service in Bangkok except here in Hairtran Clinic.4. The location of the clinic was also strategic, very near to Ekkamai BTS Station.We are now waiting for the full result in the next 6 months and my brother is coming back for the 2nd session in June 2019! We really can’t wait.
