Ho avuto una piccola scheggiatura dalla mia corona, l'impianto è stato fatto 4 anni fa dall'esperto Dr Costa.Ho contattato il loro ufficio tramite WhatsApp poiché vivo in Qatar e l'assistente della clinica, la signora Myra, mi ha detto che la corona ha una garanzia di 5 anni e che posso visitare Dubai per farla riparare/sostituire secondo necessità.Quando ho visitato il loro ufficio negli Emirati Arabi Uniti, il dottor Ramy ha partecipato dicendo che mi farà riparare la corona entro pochi giorni da quando vengo dal Qatar e ha fatto come promesso, il dottor Ramy è come un angelo mandato da Dio perché quando ha riparato la corona ha detto che non era soddisfatto e ha detto che risolverà i piccoli problemi che ha riscontrato non erano di sua soddisfazione Dopo un giorno mi ha chiamato di nuovo e ha riparato perfettamente la corona. Il dottor Ramy è una persona così semplice e presta attenzione personale, ovviamente il dottor Costa è anche molto umile e molto collaborativo.Tutto il personale della Clinica è molto accogliente e non posso ringraziare abbastanza ciascuno per il loro eccellente servizio.I miei più sinceri ringraziamenti al dottor Costa, al dottor Ramy, alla signora Myra e a tutte le infermiere/assistenti sorridenti di cui non conosco i nomi.Consiglio al cento per cento questo posto implantare a chiunque cerchi servizi eccellenti e un servizio di follow-up.

Although I was not the individual who was directly receiving the dental care but was involved personally with every step of the process. The implants were for my mother (75 yo).The care was provided by not only doctors and team members but also by human beings whom they took care of you from the moment you land in the airport to the day you are taking your flight returning home.In short, what my mother received was a care that improved her quality of life. The sameday implant for all her teeth performed by dr. costa and his team did not save my mother the pain and the struggle an old woman will go through. Not only that she will be taking care of many years later physically and emotionally.From our hearts and specially mom thank you dr. Costa, dr. I went to the Same-day Clinic and I must say that I've been extremely impressed by the quality of the services, the quality of the clinic itself, and the amazing staff they have.You really feel that you are among friends. A bit pricey, but worth it!It was my first dental experience in Dubai and the best dental experience and care I've ever received. The staff is extremely welcoming and warm. Sono davvero grato per la clinica dello stesso giorno e per la sua gestione, specialmente per la signora Myra. Ho fatto impianti nell'anno 2019 e mi è stato concesso il tempo massimo per il pagamento, ma ho perso il lavoro nel 2020 e non sono stato in grado di pagare alcune quote. Ha cercato di aiutarmi parlando di gestione e alla fine ha dato abbastanza tempo per ripagare i miei debiti. Sono riuscito a saldare il conto. Consiglierei alla mia famiglia e ai miei amici di visitare lo stesso giorno per il miglior trattamento e la gentilezza verso il paziente. Cosa che nessun'altra clinica farà.

I had implants done by Dr costa and Dr Ramy. I'm really scared of the dentist and after years of not going to the dentist my teeth were in a complete mess. The whole process was really well organized and the procedure was a lot less painful than I imagined. They did exactly what they said they would do with no problems. The after care is excellent, I had a few checkups in the week after the implant operation and nothing was an issue for Dr Ramy. The whole team at Sameday are excellent !

I cannot recommend Same Day Clinic enough. I have been with the clinic for almost a year now and had implant treatments, veneers and orthodontic treatment, which I am still undergoing. The reception staff are always friendly and welcoming and respond and facilitate communication effectively. Dr Costa, Dr Petros, Dr Ramy and Dr Hakim who have performed different procedures for me are incredibly accomplished professionals, who are truly dedicated to what they do. In my experience they are always willing to explain any technicalities, fully understand patient's concerns or questions and support through the treatment and post treatment process. The nurses are also amazing and extremely professional. Dental treatments can be cause of a lot of worries and concerns and I personally found that my during my visits/treatments that all of these were completely minimised and alleviated through professionalism of everyone in the clinic. I am very grateful for everything that has been done for me. It had a huge positive impact on my health, my confidence. Special thanks go to Myra, who is always there for the patients, willing, supportive, understanding and helpful and ready to smooth the way. All in all, this is without a doubt a highly professional team, who provide amazing 5 star service to their patients.

J'ai fait implanter l'année dernière, d'abord j'avais peur et totalement terrifié si je vais le faire ou non, j'ai rencontré Mme Myra, très gentille dame philippine, elle m'a expliqué tout ce que je dois savoir sur la réalisation d'un implant, je portais prothèses dentaires depuis longtemps alors j'ai décidé de le faire enfin.Le jour de mon opération, ils ont tout organisé, y compris le service de voiture Rolls Royce. J'étais très heureuse.Le Dr Costa a fait ma chirurgie, je n'ai ressenti aucune douleur, j'étais très à l'aise pendant toute la chirurgie et pendant mon temps de convalescence, les infirmières du personnel m'ont très bien soutenu, me surveillant à chaque fois.Le Dr Costa est le meilleur.Après que le Dr Rami a pris soin de moi, il est professionnel et accommodant, il m'explique tout et fait de son mieux pour me satisfaire du résultat particulièrement esthétique et pour la sécurité de mon implant également.Il a organisé mes suivis réguliers et maintenant j'ai mon nouveau sourire.L'implant le jour même est la meilleure clinique dentaire de tous les temps.Le service est excellent et au-delà, le personnel est incomparable.Je le recommande vivement à tous ceux qui veulent avoir le meilleur sourire de tous les temps ❤️❤️

Pendant très longtemps, j'envisageais d'avoir des implants, mais à cause du coût, j'hésitais. Enfin, quand j'ai eu le courage, je suis allé dans cette clinique pour une évaluation. Après avoir vérifié mes dents, le Dr Costa m'a conseillé des implants, et de manière inattendue et je serai toujours reconnaissant, ils m'ont donné un plan de paiement où je peux réussir à payer sans compromettre la qualité du service et les implants qu'ils allaient fournir. Aujourd'hui et toujours, je leur serai très reconnaissant, au Dr Costa, au Dr Ramy, à Mme Myra et à toutes les infirmières qui m'ont aidé et ont pris soin de moi. Jusqu'à aujourd'hui, un an après la procédure, ils me vérifient régulièrement pour s'assurer que tout va bien avec les implants, ce qui est le plus important dans cette procédure. Cela me fait me sentir très en sécurité. Les services qu'ils m'ont rendus et continuent de me donner sont les meilleurs et ma vie a changé à cause de cela.

Il personale e la squadra più cordiali, cordiali e accoglienti. Tutti sono così pazienti, comprensivi e confortanti. Capovolgono completamente lo stereotipo dei "dentisti spaventosi". Tutto, dal consulto iniziale con il dentista, all'intervento che ho avuto, all'aiuto post-operatorio è stato fantastico. From start to finish the whole procedure was faultless !! My new tooth implant was a front tooth so in a very sensitive place but can honestly say I felt next to no pain at all unlike other implants at a completely different clinic. I wish I had used this clinic for the previous implants. Throughout the whole procedure I was looked after impeccably by the doctors the dental nurses and staff and would highly recommend this clinic and will be using again in the future 😁

By far, my best experience at a dental clinic in Dubai. I chipped my front two teeth after a mishap and needed to get them fixed as soon as possible. Sameday was recommended by a close friend and I'm glad I followed the advise. The doctor and the staff were extremely efficient and thorough even though the whole process lasted just a few hours. Would definitely recommend.

We had quite unpleasant experience. First, there were four people looking in my husband's mouth without Dr Costa introducing them to us. When asked who these people are, the doctor gave quite a defensive answer that they're all doctors. During examination, he missed the fact that wisdom teeth had been removed and was advising to get them out. The doctor was in a hurry and we had to repeat questions to get full answers. The doctors may be good specialists at the clinic, but need to work on their communication skills and emotional intelligence. We won't be going back.

I am so impressed with the services of Dr Costa and his team that I have decided to post this as I regularly google and verify services of anywhere and anything before I even call any place up.From the first enquiry call, speaking to Myra, the phone etiquette has been most professional and informative.Dr Costa and Dr Fokian were amazing, the whole experience of having 2 implants inserted and then having my third tooth which was hurting suddenly and another implant done at the same time with no pain....I asked the doctor beforehand, please no pain and he did keep his word.Then in the late afternoon, I had the teeth placed, now I feel like the teeth were there forever. Thank you for the efficient work and wonderful service.
