Went for the hospital tour for first-time mums today with the tour led by Sister Angie. She brought us around through the delivery suite and the various types of rooms available, and was very clear and detailed with her explanation. She also gave us lots of helpful advice throughout the tour, sharing her wealth of knowledge with the years of experience that she has. Thank you Sister Angie! 🙂

My son had a day surgery on Feb 17. Although the surgery went well and the care rendered by the surgeon and outpatient ward nurses were amazing, unfortunately the post discharged experience was a disaster.We followed up with the business office on the e-filing for insurance claim in March after receiving a text saying that no e-file has been received and was told that they have back logs and the person in charge will revert to us. No follow up or whatsoever so we assume everything is in place. We were surprised to receive a letter from the insurance company last week (after close to 2 months) stating that they have yet to receive the e-filing from the hospital.I called the hotline and was assisted by a very helpful lady called Sarina on May 6 and who sent an email to the business office with my son’s details and told me to call back if no one contacted me within 2 days. Of course no one called me. I called back on May 10 and assisted by Sarina again and she traced back the email and resend to the team in charge stating the urgency. It has been 3 days now and no one bothers to call me.I’m happy if the hospital prefers to absorb this medical bill but I’m just taken aback by the level of ignorance and incompetence given Thomson medical is one of the so called reputable hospital for mums and kids.Someone in the insurance department needs to step up and look into this matter. The other two private hospitals that I have come across are very professional and i don’t need to waste my time chasing insurance.

L'esperienza è troppo bella per essere vera1. Abbiamo chiesto un soggiorno con 1 letto e questo è stato confermato dalla clinica, ma siamo finiti in una stanza con 2 letti, quindi non posso accompagnare mia moglie durante la notte. Hanno detto che siamo in coda per 1 letto e che la camera sarà disponibile solo alle 15:00 di domani, ma mia moglie farà il check-out alle 11:00. Ridicolo.2. Siamo rimasti in piedi per 30 minuti affinché la stanza fosse pronta. Mia moglie suppone di inserire la pillola alle 10:00, ma è stata inserita solo alle 11:45. La pillola deve essere inserita 4 ore prima dell'intervento e inizialmente ci è stato detto che l'orario dell'intervento è alle 14:003. Ci è stato detto che l'orario dell'intervento era alle 14:00. Un giorno prima dell'intervento chirurgico ci è stato detto che sarebbero diventate le 14:00 e le 15:00. Durante l'ammissione ci è stato detto che erano le 15:304. Non esiste un'infermiera dedicata a mia moglie e nessuna infermiera può parlare cinese5. Gli infermieri sono molto occupati. A volte ci volevano 30 minuti - 2 ore prima che l'infermiera arrivasse dopo aver suonato il campanello6. Dal momento che non posso accompagnare mia moglie, alla reception al piano terra mi è stato detto che posso tornare e accompagnare mia moglie domani alle 7-8 del mattino. Ma a livello di reparto c'è un cartello che dice che la visita è solo tra le 13:00 e le 20:00. Il personale a livello di reparto ha detto che posso tornare domani mattina e mostrare il risultato ART al personale di terra e lui mi fornirà una fascia gialla per andare in reparto. Finito dall'ingresso principale del reparto nessuno ha chiesto il mio risultato ART, nessuno mi ha chiesto nulla e posso andare direttamente in reparto. Caos.7. Ci sono volute 2 ore per preparare un conto. A livello di reparto ci è stato detto di aspettare che il conto fosse pronto prima di essere dimessi. Poi dicono che possiamo fare il check-out veloce. Ma alla reception al piano terra ci è stato detto che siamo liberi di andare senza firmare nulla. Finora non abbiamo idea di quale sia il conto finale. Caos.8. Nessuno ci informa su cosa si può o non si può fare dopo l'intervento. Solo quando a casa ci rendiamo conto che sono state fatte alcune procedure di cui non ci è stato detto affatto.Che esperienza meravigliosa! Che peccato se è lo standard di Singapore.

Nostro figlio deve essere ricoverato in ospedale per cinque giorni per un caso precoce di polmonite. L'ospedale ha fornito medicine e cure tempestive, cosa che abbiamo molto apprezzato. Siamo rimasti soddisfatti anche del cibo e del servizio. Il nostro soggiorno è stato piacevole e confortevole.Il nostro bambino ha potuto dormire ininterrottamente durante la notte grazie ai nebulizzatori silenziosi forniti dall'ospedale.Il nostro sincero apprezzamento va al dottor Ang, ai fisioterapisti e alle infermiere di livello 4.

Went to the so called « 24/7 » clinic, took a queue number and waited 1 hour. Nobody attended to me (i was the only person waiting). Do not waste your time going there.

Mia figlia di 5 anni è stata ricoverata alla Thomson Medical a causa di un attacco d'asma ed è stata curata in modo sorprendente dal loro team di professionisti. Le infermiere del reparto di pediatria di livello 4 erano così premurose e ben informate. Si sono presi cura di mia figlia come se fossero loro e mi hanno fatto sentire costantemente a mio agio. Complimenti all'équipe infermieristica! Oh, e anche la stanza è così bella e pulita. C'era un bel tavolo per me per fare il mio lavoro mentre mia figlia riposava.

Il personale è cordiale ma il processo è meno efficiente. Considerando che sto visitando la sua clinica di famiglia 24 ore su 24, non c'è un solo medico disponibile per affrontare il cambio tra i turni. 20min di pura attesa dell'arrivo del medico per eseguire il cambio.

Worse hospital for delivery. I don't need say too much, have put on their feedback form. Basically all nurse must be reminded what they need to do, including jab for baby,change diaper, food, etc.Lucky this time is not our 1st baby so we already know what to do. This hospital also doesn't support full breastfeeding, not like other hospitals 😒 😕. Still offer want to add formula. Definitely BIG 👎 NO

Ospedale ultra efficiente. Veramente di classe mondiale. Hanno semplificato il processo dal check-in all'ammissione fino alla dimissione. Porta un enorme impulso assumendo infermieri filippini. Sono i migliori in cura. Ho partorito di recente in questo ospedale e devo dire che si sono presi cura di me così bene. I medici insieme a tutto il resto del personale ospedaliero lavorano insieme per fornire la massima cura e l'adempimento dei loro compiti in modo professionale.

Servizio scadente!!!! Soprattutto le donne incinte non scelgono questa compagnia e diventerai matto. Azienda inaffidabile!!! Ho ordinato il cibo di confinamento di prova per $ 68 da Thomson e ho selezionato la data di consegna, quel giorno non è stato consegnato nulla e nessun servizio clienti ha partecipato alla chiamata. Da donna incinta aspetto il pranzo fino alle 13, niente da consegnare e nessuna spiegazione. Così arrabbiato! Un'e-mail inviatami un altro giorno ha detto che possono rimborsarmi i soldi, ma ci vorranno 2-3 settimane! Non ho mai sentito che un rimborso possa richiedere così tanto tempo! Solo 68, un'azienda è a corto di soldi come questo? E il rimborso non è colpa mia, è colpa di Thomson. Il loro cibo di reclusione è così povero, non credo che la clinica sia affidabile! Non fidarti mai di questo marchio.

L'un des meilleurs médecins de l'hôpital de Kangsheng, le Dr Lawrence Ang PS, mes deux enfants ont été livrés par lui. J'ai recommandé à de nombreux amis autour de moi de voir ce médecin. Les bébés de tout le monde ont été mis au monde par le Dr Lawrence Ang en douceur. Mes amis aiment aussi ça docteur. Je me souviens que lorsque j'ai donné naissance à mon aîné, la fréquence cardiaque fœtale du bébé n'était pas très bonne le jour de la visite. Le Dr Lawrence Ang m'a suggéré d'aller à l'hôpital pour un test de fréquence cardiaque fœtale car j'étais son dernier patient. Le Dr Ang a demandé si mon mari conduisait., Nous n'avions pas acheté de voiture à ce moment-là. À ce moment-là, le Dr Ang nous a dit de l'attendre sur le parking, et plus tard, il retournerait à l'hôpital pour voir ses patients. Prenons sa voiture et allons à l'hôpital pour tester la fréquence cardiaque fœtale du bébé. Pour gagner du temps, mon mari et moi étions pleins de gratitude et d'admiration pour ce médecin à l'époque. Il n'avait pas une mentalité de étant supérieur aux autres, il avait plutôt un grand amour et un grand amour pour nous aider. En cours de route, ce fut un moment que je n'oublierai jamais de ma vie. Le médecin a conduit notre voiture et nous sommes allés à l'hôpital pour tester la fréquence cardiaque fœtale de notre bébé. Après le test de fréquence cardiaque fœtale, le bébé allait bien et était né en douceur.Maintenant mon patron a 5 ans., Mais ce comportement du médecin m'a toujours ému, il est vraiment un très bon médecin! Je suis très reconnaissant de vous rencontrer, un si bon médecin, qui n'est pas seulement professionnel, mais aussi attentionné Merci Dr Lawrence Ang!

I strongly recommend Thomson Medical TCM to anyone seeking pain relief.My first visit at Thomson Punggol had been a wonderful experience. The encounter with the counter staff and the acupressure therapist, Leona Chia had been very pleasant. They are patient, helpful, and most importantly, caring.Leona is very skilful in her treatment and knowledgeable too. She would spontaneously share tips on how to eat well and live well. Whenever she performs acupressure, she makes me feel well taken care of as she would not just treat the area of pain, instead she will go on to treat places where the pain could be linked. The strength applied is just right too. Leona definitely cares about the health of her patients. Before I went back, she even came along to the counter to share with me 3 exercises I could do at home so as to assist me in healing faster. I have since switch my treatment to Thomson from RMC and I have enjoyed every session at both NUH & Punggol. Thank you Thomson Medical & Leona! 🤗

Booked a hospital tour and was attended to by Ms Loh Jin Feng who is really pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable. As a FTM, there were many questions thrown at Jin Feng but she proved to be really patient in addressing every one of our concerns. Tour was also well managed, punctual and smooth. My husband and i went for hospital tour guided by Angie! She was very passionate as she walks us thru the whole delivery process which gives us more confidence n assurance as first time parents on what to expect during the entire labour process. She was also very friendly n informative as she shares some of the tips with us based on her past experiences.. it was really useful n we benefited frm it esp during this covid season.. Our stay at Thomson Medical has been amazing! It felt like a staycation amidst the circuit breaker! Some days I even forget that I was in a hospital as their service was like a mixture between a confinement centre and a hospital which made transition into confinement practices a bit easier after discharge. A very special thanks to the professional doctors took care of me medically and to the caring nurses that motivated me during my delivery and nurses that continued to care for recovery.Looking back at my experience, I’m missing the stay and everyone that I met during my stay. Everyone was so pleasant and positive and it made it a good start to parenthood!

Was at Thomson last time when wanted to find out more information about maternity ante and postnatal service, Ms Polly was really helpful and gave us a comprehensive information. Delivered my first child here and had an excellent experience! The nurses were kind, warm, encouraging and put me at ease. I was well looked after right from admission. The hospital staff are also very helpful and patient in answering any queries I had. In particular, Polly - a wonderful hospital ambassador, who was always a joy to speak with! All in all, my experience at Thomson medical centre was extremely positive and I felt completely at ease at every visit even during a global pandemic.

My wife was suffering from severe pain due to contraction when we reach at the hospital at around 7:30pm, Tuesday 30June. Upon arrival at the entrance we were greeted by the security personnel, they politely assisted and standby the wheel chair.Everything was on a rush as they found out that my wife will deliver the baby very soon. Immediately they alerted Dr Ang while they are preparing the tools for delivery. I went down to the reception at level 1 for admission. I was greeted by Helen, she calmly explained the details and the estimated cost before making the deposit. Half way during the process I told her that I have to go back to delivery suite because my wife will deliver anytime.She told me not to worry as she will just bring the papers for me to sign later. At around 8:14pm after a few push my wife give birth to a beautiful little princess. Big thanks to the Nurses at delivery suites attention to details, and to Dr Lawrence Ang our trusted and the best Doctor.Also to Helen of the paediatric ward, my wife is really happy with her great service. She took care of my new born very well, and gave a lot of advise to my wife in nursing the babies.Overall, we are very satisfied with Thomson medical team. Kudos to all of you!

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE experience here! Nurses and staff were extremely rude and hostile. My mother was here for her delivery and was in a lot of pain, the Nurses were screaming and yelling at her to “keep quiet” and “shut up”. Service was also extremely slow. You would think since it’s a private hospital, service and experience would be better. Everybody is better off at a government hospital, prices are also much more affordable with better service. I would never come here for my own delivery or medical needs and would recommend my friends/family to do the same. Not to mention their IVF mix up a few years ago. Please do yourself a favour and never come here!!!!l

Bad service, unclear instructions, paid for delivery at hospital but still have to pay for parking. food catered is overpriced, no food options within facility. Paid as a stay in visitor but given a sofa to sleep on, still have to pay separately for lunch and dinner on top of stay in fee. DisappointingOnly excellent experience was from the delivery team and staff at level 3 and 4. Level 1 staff just spoilt the whole experience for me.

The labour ward Nurses were very supportive and caring. It made the stressful labour duration much more enjoyable for both parents. The meticulous effort of each staff and nurse right from the front desk to the wards are commendable. The Nurses helped answered questions that us as first time parents were very curious and worried about. Handle our questions in the most professional way to ease our concerns.

Had an unbelievable experience at this hospital while visiting my relative, the girls at the entrance conducting the health screen and the front desk were so nice and helpful , the Nurses were all cheerful and pleasant as wellbut was shocked when we encountered an extremely rude and condescending person who was raising her voice and with no basic courtesy at all .What was even more shocking was that she's the Director of Quality ( Deborah EE ) How can a organization like Thomson Medical engage such a low class person for the job of Director - She's definitely not refined or skilled enough for the job- How can the Management and Board of Directors condone such behavior and still be oblivious of it.No way she will be able to train her staff on Quality management which includes customer service. ( My Family just believe that ). we were there for 3 days and all other staff including the security people were all so courteous and nice- Hope she will send for counseling and retraining

Service was prompt and staff were very patient and attentive. Special shout out to Hafizah for her excellent service and personal touch that made the stay really comfortable. Food was good and servings were decent.

We came for our son’s medical examination but he did all the wrong and he is doing business here not practicing what he is suppose to be.Charging also a huge amountDon’t come here.

I would like to thank the Thomson Medical staff who assisted with the safe delivery of my 3rd baby boy. I checked in on 31 May 2019 and was there till 2 June 2019. All the staff at the delivery suite Room 7 did a fantastic job!I would also like to thank the nurses and lactation consultant who helped me in all ways while I was warded in Room 325B while in TMC! Thank you!!😍🥰👍
