Bin hin gegangen um meine zweite Tollwut Impfung nach einem Hundebiss auf Bali zu bekommen, ich wurde gut über alles aufgeklärt und die Impfung verlief auch reibungslos! Echt liebe Ärzte*innen / Arzt-Helfer*innen 🙂

Buona clinica con risultati veloci dei test covid. Le 3 stelle invece di 5 sono perché tengono un pesce in una piccola ciotola delle dimensioni di un bicchiere, sul bancone. L'acqua era sporca e il pesce sembrava mezzo morto... Una brutta sensazione nel vedere qualcosa del genere è quello che dovrebbe essere un posto pulito e salutare. Ne parlavano anche altri clienti.. :/ migliora le condizioni di questo animale 🙏

Il posto non è grande ma penso che abbiano servito una buona ospitalità. Il risultato del test dell'antigene dura solo 10 minuti e possiamo vederlo direttamente nell'app pedulilindungi.

Been in Ubud 12 years, so far i think this is the best clinic in Ubud since others are not so helpful and focus to just tourist bule

Highly recommended!!!They have their own laboratory for PCR, and they process the samples there. So, the results can be issued as promised.The place is easy to find and the staff are so friendly.When you're in Ubud, you have to visit this place to get your medical care.

I did PCR test in here. The Staff are friendly. From registration process until the test are doing fast. The result also connected to Peduli Lindungi less than 24 hours. Need to make an appointment first before test. Thank you.

Not recommended, if I could I won't give any stars. the staff told us that the PCR results will out within 8 AM. Now I'm missed my flight to Bandung. I even makesure if I should take rapid test antigen instead because of the time limit to get PCR's Result, but the staff told me don't worry and wait for the results next morning 😭😭😭😭😭 what a waste of money, and I have to buy other ticket for next couple of days and take another PCR test

Overall a very positive experience. Both doctors I saw spoke good English, answered all my questions and generally gave me the feeling that my health and well being was a high priority for them. It was a world of difference when compared with my experience in Ari Canti.I was surprised that I was not asked to use sanitizer before entering the clinic room, which meant that I touched the see through curtain (which must be touched by anyone to enter) upon entering. I also didn't have my temperature checked until I entered that room. It made me feel uneasy knowing that other patients who may have had covid may have touched those curtains which I was touching without having used sanitizer.Also, the first time I entered, there was a patient in the waiting room who took his mask off, I had to request the doctor to ask this patient to put his mask on.Nonetheless, I would still go back again.

Very good place. It was easy to book an appointment on WhatsApp, staff wore PPE and checked our temperature at entrance. Rapid test was done rapidly and we were soon issued with our certificates. Recommended.

After LOTS of online research, we (super cautious) senior citizens masked up and ventured out to Unicare Ubud for a non-Covid related medical issue. We were very well satisfied with the entire experience. We WhatsApped the clinic for the best time to see a doctor in a less crowded time slot and were the only patients, in the clinic, at our appointment time, yesterday afternoon. We got one of the several car parking spots, in front, and read the clearly posted instructions for hand sanitizing with supplies outside the door. A nurse took our temperatures just outside before we entered. Happy to say that other glowing reviews are exactly right. Everything is well thought out for extra layers of safety. They are fully staffed and well prepared to handle routine matters expeditiously. I would trust them, in an emergency, as well. The very capable staff is professional, friendly, careful, and kind. All services seemed very reasonably priced, to us, and we were even able to buy more good masks and plastic face shields for traveling and for our host family. They checked up on us, this morning, to see how the patient is doing. That’s stellar medical care. We’re very grateful.

After visiting two other clinics nearby, I found this to be the most reasonably-priced, with a nice & competent staff.I came here several days ago with an ear infection (I was sure of it), and I ended up having to get the earwax flushed out of my ears. The whole process was literally dizzying, but the staff was very calming and the doctor was helpful, with good bedside manner. He provided the meds I needed in a schedule that wouldn't conflict with my current medicine, and a follow-up appointment earlier today. All clear! I'd come back in a heartbeat, if I have another issue.

I went here to have some stitches removed and honestly I could not fault the experience one bit! The staff were so lovely and friendly, I was seen to immediately and my doctor was so helpful. The procedure was quick and she also showed concern for a cough I had which was completely unrelated to the reason I was there! I couldn’t recommend this place enough. If you’re in or around Ubud and need medical attention, this is the place to go!

How many doctors turn your unfortunate holiday monkey experience into a series of entertaining photos to remember forever?Dr Dia and the whole team were knowledgeable, professional, and sincere. Even when chasing up insurance or updated country-specific medical advice around the clock, they were quick to message that it was sorted, the other required shot was in, or even to send the nurses to my hotel in the evening to deliver tablets I’d forgotten. Even with some of the more challenging patients who came in while I was waiting, they were courteous and considerate. No injury was treated as less worthy of their time. As much as I never want to repeat my experience of a medical disaster on holiday ever again, if I did this was where I’d want to be. Thanks again so much. You’re the greatest!
