L’ospedale Zulekha fa parte del Zulekha Healthcare Group, fondato nel 1964 dal dottor Zulekha Daud. Il primo ospedale è stato lo Zulekha Hospital Sharjah, aperto nel 1992 e ancora oggi operativo.

Great hospital, one of the best in Dubai. My son was born in this hospital, and now we are planning to have our new baby born in the same hospital. The nursing staff are amazing. Hospital is very clean and not crowded. Well managed health facility.

The medical service we've had was phenomenal! My brother went to the emergency due to an intense stomach pain and was immediately seen by the attending physician. The hospital environment is nice and very clean. The staff communicated in a compassionate and kind way.

Everyone should avoid going to this hospital, in my opinion. We had a poor experience with this hospital when we took our 5-year-old child for gastrointestinal difficulties, vomiting, and a minor cough. The only reason we went to this hospital was because it was close to our house and it was late at night.Many of our colleagues also advised us to avoid the hospital. We only realized when we came to visit. Especially from the perspective of pediatricians and emergency room personnel. The emergency department's staff provides poor service; we arrived at midnight and they refused to see the patient, even though they were immediately transferred to the pediatric section to generate more revenue from parents' feelings about their children.Unwanted blood testing and medicines are the most inconvenient aspects of their work. When we asked for a thorough bill after the patient was discharged, they refused; nonetheless, we are preparing to inquire about this subject with our insurance carrier as soon as possible.Another issue we had was that when we arrived with vomiting, our daughter was only treated after 2 hours (as we previously stated, she had vomited 8 times and was dehydrated).*The only positive thing we saw was that the nurses' services were excellent*0 Stars

Buoni ospedali a Dubai che ha molto spazio e medici. Ma non c'è coordinamento tra il personale e le altre unità. La scorsa settimana ho preso un appuntamento alle 19:00 e per la sessione di follow-up un paio di giorni dopo alle 17:00, entrambi i giorni hanno dovuto aspettare circa 3 ore per vedere il medico, non c'è rispetto per l'appuntamento preso e l'orario del paziente. Il personale agli sportelli della reception non sa come salutare i pazienti, ti sembrerà di chiedere un trattamento di beneficenza. Questo posto ha bisogno di un serio cambiamento nell'atteggiamento del personale.

Ottimo ospedale con infrastrutture fantastiche e medici e personale di talento ma la farmacia è la più inefficiente. Il periodo di attesa è infinito e per di più pubblicizzano una farmacia robotica che è un puro scherzo. Molte volte sono uscito senza comprare una medicina e l'intera visita medica è andata sprecata. Quando ho provato a portare il problema al loro responsabile del servizio clienti, ha detto di andare a casa e tornare se non vuoi aspettare - Brillante 👍 continua così. Controlla le altre recensioni e ci sono state continue lamentele sulla farmacia per mesi insieme e sembra che l'ospedale si sia abituato ora e non abbia mai voluto lavorarci più ... anche la mia recensione non produrrà alcun risultato, immagino che ho capito dopo il mio H2H con il responsabile del servizio clienti ..

The Doctors are good but not the nurses. They don't care about appointment or who comes first. If someone from their region (or native language speaker) comes then they send them making other people wait outside. This happened with us in Gynaecology department. We were on time, have all papers ready and waiting outside consulting room, she told us we are next. Then some people came and spoke with her in her native language so she sent them directly.

Ringrazio l'amministratore dell'ospedale e il reparto di manutenzione per la chiamata di cortesia sul mio feedback.Posso capire sinceramente che sono preoccupati per il benessere dei pazienti.Visitato il 17 febbraio 2022, la mia tessera assicurativa non era valida ma l'ospedale mi ha trattato gratuitamente come seconda opinione.Il reparto di cardiologia è eccellente ei medici sono molto esperti e ben informati preoccupati per il paziente.

I called for a dental appointment. They kept bouncing my call between the call center and the dental OPD. In the evening I went for the procedure and they tell me I should have booked for a longer slot.. Guys, you should have suggested this.. the appointment was at 6 45pm. Was still waiting at 7 15pm.

Pessimo servizio da parte di infermieri e medici... Sono andato al pronto soccorso nel cuore della notte sanguinando sangue e mi è venuto incontro un dottore che non ha pensato di chiedermi una sedia a rotelle per chiedermi di salire al quarto piano e cerco un dottore che mi abbia dato il suo nome! Dopo aver camminato, cercato, stancato e spaventato, ho trovato una dottoressa come se fosse costretta a lavorare che mi ha diagnosticato le condizioni e mi ha rimproverato perché non avevo chiesto la sedia a rotelle nonostante fossi passato lì al pronto soccorso, alla reception e tutto il resto. i dipartimenti Per la mia paura e la mia fatica, la storia della sedia non mi è nemmeno venuta in mente! Poi le infermiere che sono molto lente e preferiscono chiacchierare e parlare piuttosto che venire incontro alle esigenze del paziente.... Ho dormito una notte in ospedale e non tornerei mai più... e vorrei trovare meno di una stella Per la valutazione

Hanno i migliori medici e infermieri, ma la maggior parte del personale di accoglienza, assicurazione e amministrazione è il peggiore. Non sanno nemmeno come parlare con i pazienti. Anche i loro superiori come il signor Shaheen (personale amministrativo) cercheranno di umiliarti il ​​più possibile. Sembra che sia stato reclutato in una relazione e si stia godendo la vita lì, senza fare nulla.Se sei un nuovo paziente per loro e hai qualche emergenza, non visitarli mai e poi mai durante il giorno... non ti faciliteranno mai in alcun modo. Ogni volta che li ho visitati, ho sempre assistito a persone preoccupate per la loro reception e il personale amministrativo. Inoltre, fai attenzione a trattare con il loro dipartimento assicurativo. Il peggior ospedale che abbia mai visitato a Dubai.Volevo fare un impianto contraccettivo in mano.1 non c'è parcheggio gratuito per i clienti.2 le domande sono così lunghe sono arrivate 10 minuti prima dell'appuntamento, hanno raggiunto il gabinetto dopo 30 minuti.3 Volevo inserire l'impianto, costi di consulenza (dove non c'è consulenza) superiori alla procedura stessa)4 Ho dovuto andare in giro per le farmacie e acquistare il mio impianto, mi ci sono volute un paio d'ore per trovarlo5 Il dottore chiedeva all'infermiera cosa fare...Davvero è l'ultimo posto da visitare per i servizi medici

- من أفضل المستشفيات الصراحه..... لكن للأسف بعض الدكاتره يشوهون صورة المستشفى مثل د.مجدي علام 👎/ .. للاسف ماعنده اسلوب ولا طولة بال مع المريض ولا يعرف يشرح للمريض حالته ولا يعطي المريض وقته ابداً.- بالاضافه لذلك خدمة العملاء او الاستقبال جدا جدا سيئه بالتحديد عندكم موظف اسمه ابراهيم قمة في استغفال المريض بحيث انه اذا استشارة الطبيب مع التأمين تكلف ١٦ درهم هو ياخذ من المريض ٢٠ درهم .. غير متعاون وفوق هذا غير أمين في عمله. ارجوا متابعته واخذ الإجراء اللازم

Absolutely pathetic hospital. Horrible staff, as bad as it can get. Extremely uncooperative and preposterous service. It is the worst hospital I’ve been to. We needed to get a pcr test so my daughter could go to school and we waited for a whole hour but there were no nurses available. Staff constantly coming up with excuses. Do NOT go there. Staff publicly berating us.

Hospital is making money by all possible means. First they charge you 60 dhs in the name of patient registration which is very unusual. Then they try to rob you by taking full payment without consideration of insurance Co payment.I booked an appointment with Dental surgeon. Reception lady charged me full fees instead of co payment and said after insurance approval remaining amount will be refunded. At the end of my visit they told me we don't accept Neuron insurance for dental services so we cannot submit insurance claim. They must have told me this before making an appointment or booking. So that I don't waste money here and should go other hospitals. This is clear cheating and fraud which is very shameful. I will not visit the hospital again.

I had a good and bad experience in Zulekha hospital. Last Friday night I had visited Emergency department to treat my 8 years old son’s swelling left hand thump.The doctor at emergency dept. diagnosed a minor crack after X ray and he put a normal bandage with a support on thump and prescribed painkiller. The experience was very good since I felt very comfortable and speedy response from the team.Next day we revisited to consult with orthopedic specialist Dr.Rahul as advice by the doctor in emergency for a thorough check up. He has not even examined as the emergency doctor did last night and advised to plaster it for 2 weeks without any other medicine.I got the approval from insurance and advised to pay 20% co pay for Aed.251.26 only for plastering.(Total amount for plastering is Aed.1300) I cross checked with the cashier about the pricing since I felt its very expensive for a minor thump plastering.Later I paid and proceed to the plastering room. After seeing the plastering, I got shocked as he did the same plastering as did last night by emergency team without any charges. I felt like hospital is more of concentrating on money making than treatment.Let God bless me and my family to avoid visiting this hospital anymore.

المستشفى يقدم خدمات مقبولة و مساحات الاقسام و الغرف ايضا جيدة لكن يجب العناية اكثر بمرضى الطوارىء 🚨 يشعر المريض و المراجع بأن هنالك وقت مهدور و انه يستحق عناية افضل ، حبذا لو يقوموا بتعديل اجراءات الدخول و الطوارىء خاصة ان المريض يكون متعب و موجوع و يتألم ، لماذا لا يتم استدعاء الدكتور الى الطوارىء مثلا بدلا من الطلب من المريض بالصعود الى العيادة و هو في حال صعبة !؟ كما ان اجراءات الصيدلية تستنزف وقت اكبر من اللازم و الاجراءات بشكل عام في المستشفى معقدة و بالامكان اختصارها بشكل اكبر و جعلها اكثر سهولة و مرونة .

Good service overallThe doctors and nurses I've dealt with have been friendly. Haven't had to face huge waiting time to meet the doctors, except at OBGYN ward (not all the time though). It's recommended that you reach at least 15 minutes prior to the appointment.Depending on time of the day, the pharmacy gets very crowded and it just takes a lot of time to get the medicines.

If there is an option I can give less than one star or no star, I will give to this hospital. I have a very bad experience from this hospital. Only good service I had it from the Doctor.1. No covered parking for their customers and security lady is such rude and no manners to their customers. Parking is only for the doctors and not anyone else. Such a shame!!!2. Receptionists are pretending busy and poor communication and rude to their customers. I think they are concerned only about the money and not the service. This is the one hospital in my life takes the their money upfront and not giving any service. Such a shame!!!3. Insurance counter team also very busy and not willing to talk or look at who is standing in front of them.4. Another lady (Benazeer) who is sitting in the Lab, don't have time to even ask the person who is standing outside the door. Then I realized I need to take token to see her after myself moving around the area and figure it out. Why she don't cannot ask or say to the customer to take the ticket/token? Such a disaster customer service!!!Overall, these staff needs proper training how to handle the customers more efficiently rather than looking for their insurance and money.

I have been visiting here since 2010. I think this is the only hospital which takes money upfront before even you go to consulting doctor. They are money keen. I remember my son treatment started with a 13k approval upfront before even moving to the room. Also they asked my wife to carry our sedated son in her arms to the radiology department in ground floor from the room. I had to stop and ask why no stretcher or bed provided for an unconscious child who was weighing around 13kg. They said the staff was not available. Still after ten years they are still charging you before you go to meet the doctor.

Zulekha hospital is best hospital for affordable and better treatment from my experience. The doctors here are very much committed to help patients in the part of right diagnosis and prescribing exact medicines. Inside Zulekha hospital there is a cafeteria working all time.

I had an appointment with dentist after a weeks time. When I visited the hospital after a long wait they asked me to fill registration form, in the meantime they will get approval from insurance company. After filling my form the reception lady is saying that approval will take time and I should follow up with my insurance company. I m surprised , I came to see the doctor and not to follow up with my insurance company .I was asking her roughly how long it takes with my insurance provider and she don’t have answer. Guys you work there and you should know all these and not the patients. Definitely not a worth to visit again. Note: Educate your receptionist properly especially the one in the first floor who takes care of dental reception. Worst service in my life time and that too in a hospital. Am shocked. People who don’t respect the patients.

Very bad service. I book an appointment for my wife. When ever you call any hospital they will ask insurance or cash. If insurance which insurance. Is this to check if insurance is covering or no cover by this visitor will not waste it times they didn't asked me Anyway I booked appointment for dermatology and the dermatology reception is so unprofessional asking me to check with my insurance.The first time I called American hospital there so professional they did ask me which insurance before booking the appointment. I only visited because of doctor reviews were good. I will never visit this place I will also update my friends please do check before booking an appointment if your insurance is covering or no because there costumers service will never tell you so you pay cash.

Il team di medici e infermieri è molto bravo. Sono specializzati nella gestione del paziente. La sezione della reception deve migliorare di più. Sembra la sezione di accoglienza meno preparata e non coordinata con altri reparti ospedalieri.

Bravi dottori, ma l'ospedale fa soldi.Siamo andati per Emergency e l'infermiera non ha assegnato il livello di Triage e invece ci ha suggerito di andare da un medico specialista in modo che l'ospedale possa beneficiare.La persona assicurativa ha cercato di manipolare il livello di triage di emergenza e stava cercando di diffondere informazioni errate in modo da non dover seguire le linee guida DHACiò che avrebbe dovuto richiedere 1 ora ha richiesto più di 4 ore di trauma mentale per me e mia moglie che aspettavamo impotenti su una sedia a rotelle con un piede rotto
